Hello & Welcome to The Taco Chick Catering Service website! My name is Ny, The Owner/Operator of Taco Chick. My passion for cooking Mexican Cuisines began 10 years ago with my now most popular dish, Spicy Crushed Pineapple Red or Verde Salsa, Sweet Potato Tater Tots w/ Cinnamon Whip Cream Sauce & Mango Guacamole, made from scratch, NOT store bought. Eventually, my Lobster Flautas & Shrimp ~ Spinach Cupcake Enchiladas turned out to be a big hit! Incorporating Panamanian, Puerto Rican, African, Korean, & many other cultural dishes to my menu became the most requested during family gatherings, & events of friends & colleagues.
Our sauce is slowly brewed for hours with tantalizing aromas filling the room. Special herbs & spices are used to give it Umph, forcing our tasters to spread the word. Fried tortillas are saturated in our sauces, stuffed with juicy tender meat, & packed with cheeses. The pans are layered multiple times until topped with more cheese, chopped green onion, & cilantro. It's literally a party in your mouth without a doubt!
A motto I often live by is "Teamwork makes the Dream work!" I sincerely believe that behind every door is a potential customer. Taco Chick is a budget friendly business that designs custom themed taco catering events & we serve all Inland Empire, Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Temecula, & surrounding Houston, & Dallas Texas areas. We do have a transportation fee of $25 outside of our Inland Empire & Dallas locations that will be added to all orders. We also operate on a 3 hour basis; 1 hour set~up, 2 hours of service. Any time after, there will be a service fee of $25 due BEFORE that hour begins.

I enjoy cooking because I can be creative, unique, & travel to add exploration to the flavors of my tacos. It takes me places & gives me ideas, relieves my stress & the best thing of all, I get to eat! I Love a variety of Spanish Cuisine, & African Cultured foods.
